Experience the power and passion of Dance Theatre of Harlem as the company returns to New York City Center with another bold, unforgettable New York season, April 16 – 19, 2026.
At the center is the long-awaited revival of Firebird, DTH’s iconic take on the classic tale of love and transformation. First created in 1982 by John Taras, with stunning sets and costumes by Geoffrey Holder, this signature work is a feast for the senses. Also on the program: dynamic works by DTH Artistic Director Robert Garland, whose choreography blends classical ballet with a modern pulse, reflecting the spirit and power of today.
