APRIL 10 – 13, 2025
2025 New York Season
56th Anniversary Season
This season at New York City Center, we invite you to experience a thrilling lineup that highlights the extraordinary range of our dancers and the bold spirit of the company.
Be the first to witness the world premiere of Jodie Gates‘ latest work and feel the pulse of a new piece celebrating Black joy by DTH Artistic Director Robert Garland. The company also brings the Company Premiere of William Forsythe’s The Vertiginous Thrill of Exactitude, a high-octane work set to Schubert’s exhilarating Symphony No. 9. Adding to the excitement, DTH will present the Company Premiere of George Balanchine’s Donizetti Variations, a joyful, effervescent series of dances brimming with warmth and wit.
Of course, no DTH season is complete without the audience favorite Return, a soulful celebration set to the legendary sounds of James Brown and Aretha Franklin.
Each performance will ignite your spirit and leave you inspired. Don’t miss the magic—join us April 10-13, 2025 at New York City Center!
