Kira Robinson

Born: Atlanta, GA.  

Training: Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education 

Professional Experience: Summer intensives with Alonzo King Lines Ballet, Boston Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, Kansas City Ballet, Atlanta Ballet and Dance Theatre of Harlem. Oklahoma City Ballet II, Dance Theatre of Harlem (second season). 

Repertoire: Works by Jiří Kylián, Jerome Robbins, Robert Garland, Yury Yanowsky, George Balanchine, Septime Webre, Bruce Wells, and Yuri Possokhov.  

Education: Graduated Magna Cum Laude, Pre-Med track, University of Oklahoma’s Weitzenhoffer School of Dance, Bachelor of Arts in Ballet Performance. 

Awards & Honors: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated Fruit of the Spirit Award. Recipient of the OU School of Dance 4-year Merit scholarship, OU Club of Atlanta Georgia Scholarship, and the Juli Busken Dance Scholarship.
