The Sunday Matinee Series, DTH’s longstanding community performances have served the people of Harlem and New York City since its inception. The Sunday Matinees throw open the doors, welcoming our neighbors to interact with artists in presentations that showcase the DTH Company, the DTH School, and guest artists from multiple artistic disciplines.

Harlem Week turns 50! “Celebrate the Journey” and join DTH for the Harlem Week Festivities on 135th Street. Look for our tent and your chance to win prizes and get information about our Fall activities.
Bring a Friend Day
Saturday, September 7 | 10am–12:30pm
Dance Theatre of Harlem invites you to Bring a Friend Day, where students ages 3 – 12 can take a free class with a family member or friend! Get an early look at what our DTH School classes would be like for your child.
African American Day Parade

There’s power in unity! Join DTH for The 55th Annual African American Day Parade honoring African Americans who have made key contributions to the African American Community through Politics & Government.
