Dance Theatre of Harlem at CityDance
DTH at CityDance
All students have a full classical and contemporary technique class each day as well as repertory rehearsals in both genres. Classical repertoire includes variations for senior students as well as ensemble pieces, both original and from the DTH repertory. Original contemporary works will be created on the dancers by CityDance faculty.
Dancers will present their DTH classical repertoire, CityDance signature contemporary works and workshop creations in two exciting black box performances on Friday, June 26, 2020.

Monday – Friday, classes from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Summer Intensive Location: Rockville, Maryland.
Early Bird Fee: $1,195 ($500 is due by April 1 to secure Early Bird Pricing)

Young Program at CityDance
For ages 8 – 11, DTH Young Program at CityDance is ideal for very young dancers interested in a challenging summer intensive within the style of this iconic American ballet company. Daily training includes classical ballet taught by DTH faculty and/or alumni, contemporary technique, floor barre and music exploration for dance.

The Young Program Dancers will present a short ballet class demonstration and a CityDance signature contemporary work in two exciting black box performances on Friday, June 26, 2020.
